megataxi.bg presents Mega Taxi services in Kyustendil and provides ways to contact us and send enquiries.

These terms concern website use and enquiries submitted through its forms. A particular journey is arranged according to the confirmed agreement and applicable law.

2. Services and requests

The website presents city taxi services, airport transfers, intercity transfers, and journeys to hotels and other addresses.

For a city taxi, call us or use “Online booking”. The transfer and general enquiry forms help us discuss a journey in advance. The contact form is for questions and messages.

Sending an enquiry form is not a confirmed reservation and does not guarantee an available vehicle. We will contact you to discuss the route, date, time, availability and price and to confirm the reservation.

A successful form message means that the website has accepted the submission; it does not confirm a journey. If you need a taxi now or have not received a reply to your enquiry, please call us.

3. Information in your enquiry

Provide accurate contact details. For a transfer, include the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, number of passengers and luggage. For an airport transfer, you may also provide a flight number and terminal. Tell us in advance about any particular route or luggage requirements.

Do not submit card numbers, banking codes, copies of identity documents or information unnecessary for the reply. Use the website responsibly and do not submit other people’s information without a valid reason, spam or content that infringes their rights.

4. Prices and payment

Published day and night tariffs are available under “Prices”. For transfers arranged in advance, the price is discussed for the particular route and journey. An enquiry does not mean that you have accepted an offer before receiving and agreeing to its specific terms.

The website presents payment by POS terminal, including credit and debit cards. You can discuss the payment method when arranging your journey. The enquiry forms on megataxi.bg do not accept card details or process online payments.

5. Changes to an agreed journey

If you need to change the route, address, date, time, number of passengers or luggage, contact us promptly by telephone or email. A change must be discussed and confirmed; a new message alone does not change an existing agreement.

6. Separate online booking system

“Online booking” opens online-mega.st-soft.eu, a separate taxi request system. Follow the information and confirmations shown there. It is separate from the enquiry forms on megataxi.bg.

Before providing information in the separate system, check its terms and privacy information. You may also contact МЕГА Р ТАКСИ ООД about a booking made through it.

7. Reviews and external links

Public Google reviews are displayed through Trustindex, alongside separately labelled selected older reviews manually checked on Google. The displayed selection may not contain every review. “Read all reviews on Google” opens the public profile, where you can view the available ratings and comments.

Google Maps and social media links open external services with their own rules. Individual opinions in reviews do not guarantee the outcome of a future journey.

8. Questions and complaints

For a question or problem, email office@megataxi.bg or call +359 88 600 6000. For a particular journey, provide enough information to identify it, such as its date, approximate time and route. Avoid unnecessary personal information.

These terms do not restrict consumers’ statutory rights or their right to contact a competent authority or court.

9. Personal information and updates

For questions about your personal information, contact office@megataxi.bg. Using the website and reading these terms does not amount to blanket consent for advertising or external technologies.

These terms may be updated when the website changes, with the revision date shown. A new version does not automatically change the confirmed terms of an individual journey.
